Can I order an evaluation unit? |

In certain circumstances, you may evaluate products
for a period of 45 days. Contact your Altus sales representative
to learn more about Altus's evaluation program.

Are there discounts available for large orders? |

Yes. Altus does offer a Volume Purchase Agreement.

Can I get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number? |
| A |
You have 30 days from the time your order is shipped
to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. A 30% restock fee will be charged for the return.
However, no restock fee is charged if you are exchanging
for another Altus product. Please contact Altus for
an RMA number and the return address. Have your invoice
number, sales order number, or purchase order number
ready. Package the product in the original box and write
the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Product
that is damaged may be subject to additional fees.

What do I do? The product I received was damaged. |

Sign for the shipment as being damaged and notify
your sales representative of the damaged product. Altus
ships product F.O.B. origin. Please contact the carrier
immediately upon receipt to file a freight claim.
