Evaluation Sample Instructions
Thank you for considering Altus in your product selection process! The following notes are to give you guidance in the evaluation process. Our hope is that you will enjoy this Altus solution, keep it, and order more for your facility.
This is a brand new product, shipped at no charge to you, and configured to your criteria. If after evaluating the product, you find you need an accessory (basket, holder, etc.) to enhance your workflow, please let us know and we will send it out to you to add to this sample. If you would like to look at the operating manuals, please go to www.altus-inc.com/manuals to download all operating and user manuals and power management software.
Please retain all packaging materials, including the interior inserts and the skid. You MUST keep the original packaging to return the cart to Altus. New packaging can be shipped out to you, but at your expense.
We hope you enjoy this product, keep it, and (of course) order more! If you want to keep this product, just let us know and we will send an invoice.
If you are done with your evaluation and would like to ship the product back to Altus, please contact Customer Service via the form below or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there are any issues/questions/concerns with the product during your trial, please contact your local reseller or Altus representative. If you don’t know who that is, please contact Altus Customer Service at email@example.com for an RGA.
Important Information Regarding Returns/RGAs:
You must contact Altus Customer Service for an RGA to return any product. Evaluation samples are to be returned at customer expense. You are responsible for arranging pick up and return of the product. Any damage to the Altus Evaluation Sample, occurring as a result from failure to follow the below return instructions, will be the responsibility of the returning customer.

In original packaging. If this is unavailable, you will need to order more from Altus. This is very expensive to do, so please retain the original packaging.
Securely packaged and stretch-wrapped to our skid.
RGA Label attached to the outside of each return package.
- All information on the RGA must agree with the product being returned.
